Process
From steel sheet to the installed door.

Cutting and bending
8/10 galvanised steel cut and folded for the leaf and the frame.
Structure and welding
Five vertical omegas, square checked and reinforcements at the critical points.
Core and insulation
Rock wool, lock and anchors fitted before the leaf is closed.
Assembly and adjustment
Adjustable hinges, subframe and manual setting of gaps and closing.
Inspection and finish
Dimensions, closing and finish checked before loading for installation.
